SHIPPING POLICY

As in most B2B organizations, shipping is covered by the buyer. Kazmira will assist in all logistics to make sure your product gets out the door in a timely and efficient manner. Ground shipping generally takes 7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door. If you have additional shipping questions, please call us at 720-531-1634

TERMS OF SALE AND REFUND POLICY FOR KAZMIRA PRODUCTS

Complete terms of purchase are provided on the invoice. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. Our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All of our Kazmira products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.

In the case of damaged product, Kazmira will replace the damaged items free of charge. Please provide the following:

1) Email us at info@kazmira-llc.com ASAP to alert us that the product was damaged within the 48 hour time limit.

2) Provide detailed information for any product damaged, including photographic evidence – please email to info@kazmira-llc.com.

3) Once we can confirm it’s condition, we will then replace the quantity and email you a shipment confirmation with tracking number. Please allow 7-10 days for the product to ship to you.

RETURNS PROCESS

If you are still wanting to return your unopened product and it is within 7 days of receiving it, please see our Returns Process below. No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to returned & unopened items. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.

1) Email us at info@kazmira-llc.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please email the tracking number to info@kazmira-llc.com.

3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund, less restocking fee, to post to your statement.

**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**

Kazmira will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on kazmira-llc.com. Kazmira will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
